Fascia & Foam Roller

Online Workshop

This practical workshop is ideal for health professionals who are looking to improve their knowledge of fascial trains and how to utilise the foam roller and spikey ball to their full potential.

We will review the anatomy and function of fascia within the body and its relationship to tensegrity. The fascial trains within the body will be examined and practical myofascial releases to correct common fascial dysfunctions will be demonstrated. A comprehensive practical section will include stability and mobility exercises for you to include in your clients program and have them functioning at their best.

This practical workshop will not only have you feeling great, you will also have a broader understanding of:

- Specific anatomy of fascial trains which connect the entire body and how releasing the plantar fascia can improve hamstring mobility, or how calf releases can relieve headache symptoms.

- How to release fascia and connective tissue, massage muscles and release trigger points using the large foam roller and spikey massage ball.

- Correctly perform stability and mobility exercises using the large foam roller as a recovery session.
